[pic]Objective of the session of PE
The objective of the session of PE would be to keep us fit and healthy during the whole year in a funny way. It would be also important thatstudents learn the main rules and characteristics of these sports.
Warm-Up
The first Warm-Up exercise is to jump until you get tired. The second Warm-Up exercise is to run around afootball field in around 15 minutes in a high tempo. The last Warm-Up exercise is stretching your muscles until you are ready for doing other exercises so that you don´t get injured duringthe process of learning and practising.








Main Part I
For the main part we can do hard exercises for us to keep fit like push-ups, sit-ups, squats. That everybodyknows how to do them.
Or also we can do not so hard exercises like playing dodgeball, or playing other things like basketball that are going to be explained at next.

Dodgeball isvery common play in England that is played in a tennis field without net and with many people throwing balls against them if they are in different teams. When a ball hits you, you areeliminated until the next round and if you catch the ball in the air
The person who has thrown to you that ball is eliminated…

Main Part II
…and Basketball is a very old playthat is played in a special field with two baskets where you have to score to win.
Cool down
There are many cool down exercises like lie down with arms and legs straight during 4 or 5minutes breathing deeply. Or also walking in circles during 3 minutes breathing also deeply.
