Insurance and risks. FOB + CIF + EXW + FCA + FAS + CFR + CPT + CIP + DAF + DES + DEQ + DDU + DDP.
General Strikes. Oftenturned into Huge riots cannot be controlled by the local authorities. Gives the company bad reputation.
Third world transportation company monopoly. Most of the third world countries have a strongTransportation Union who turns the entire system into a big monopoly. So any wrong step can turn an employment dispute into a Transportation strike with long negotiations with the Unions.
Customsregulations. Companies often have to negotiate terms with the government in order to establish offshore platforms or factories and avoid tariffs. Highly corrupted governments can delay all the productionor a sales campaign turning the forecasted plan into a disaster.
Logistic infrastructure and expansion projects. Countries like India, China, Brasil, Thailand, Malasia and so lack on reliablelogistic infrastructure like roads and airports. These aspects might reduce the efficiency of the entire business.

Loss of control:
Suicidal tendencies on Outsourced factories and in some developedcountries like France. Press and customer pressure over the companies. Companies want low cost massive production, customers want low prices, workers want high wages and friendly environment andconditions.
