What is your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least one week prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we havereceived your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.
We accept cash or checks as payment methods. Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by cash at thetime of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Sabe a Gloria is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event.There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event.
Design/Tasting appointments are available for cake orders higher than $250.00. There is a non-refundable$30.00 cash deposit required for appointments. The $30.00 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your cake.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available for all of our cakes for a $20.00 fee inthe metropolitan area. For orders outside the metropolitan area, we charge $25.00 an hour. A round trip estimated time is used to calculate the final charge.
While the client may wish to transportsmaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. Sabe a Gloria does not recommend clients self-transport 3D/sculptural cakes or cakes over 2 tiers tall. We are not responsible for anydamage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left our premises.
