ABSTRACT
In The presentdocument did a research that deals with the design of the place of work. The design of the workplace, equipment, that is a very interesting and important part in industrial engineering, and are very striking all those manufacturing processes and types of tools to do the job better. For this reason it will serve to further strengthen the knowledge of industrial engineering career. All those designsand manufacturing processes are interesting because they are important issues in large industries because without them the manufacture of a product could not be done, aside teaches us how to design with accuracy better adapting the workplace to the worker, providing opportunity adjusting, maintaining neutral postures (joints in natural position.
The design of the workplace, tools, equipment andthe environment in a manner that conforms to the human operator is called ergonomics that is the optimization of the three elements (human-machine-environment) system according its domain, is divided into cognitive, physical and organizational. But which is more important to consider the physical ergonomics is physical adaptability to better performance at work and feel comfortable with the tools.Find all the tools and materials within the normal work area is an important point within industries, as in each movement intervenes a distance, the bigger the distance, greater his muscular effort, control and time, so it is important to minimize the distances, another important point is fixed locations for all tools and material that permits the best sequence, that is to say that all tools musthave the same location and function to sequence and enable better coordination of the human body. En el presente documento se realizó una investigación que trata sobre el diseño del lugar del trabajo, equipo y herramientas que es una parte muyinteresante e importante en la ingeniería industrial, además son muy llamativos todos aquellos procesos de fabricación y tipos de herramientas para hacer mejor el trabajo. Por esta razón servirá más adelante para poder fortalecer el conocimiento de la carrera ingeniería industrial.
