RESUMEN
El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación es de campo descriptivo, parte de un problema denominadocomo influye la formación de capital humano en la distribución de las ganancias.
El propósito del presente artículo consistió en determinar de qué manera influye la formación de capital humano en la distribución de las ganancias, debido a que hoy en día existe mucha desigualdad en los ingresos, la hipótesis es que influye de manera positiva es decir mayor educación mayor ingreso. Elestudio se justificó por cuanto posee valor práctico.
Consideramos que este artículo es un aporte aplicativo que no solo servirá de apoyo a las integrantes del grupo; sino a otras personas que requieran de dicha información.

ABSTRACT

The development of this research field is descriptive of a condition called as influences humancapital formation in the distribution of profits.
The purpose of this article was to determine how these factors affect human capital formation in the distribution of profits, because today there is a lot of income inequality, the hypothesis is that it has a positive impact is greater higher education entry. The study was justified because it has practical value.
We believe that this articleis a contribution not only application that will support the members of the group but to other people who need this information.
