Terms and Conditions of the License Agreement
Summary of the German "Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen"
Use of Programm
The program is owned by algoriddim GmbH ("the owner"). The owner grants you a
nonexclusive license for the program on one data carrier. The Program means the
original program and all whole or partial copies of it including portions merged into
other programs. A programconsists of machine-readable instructions, audio/visual
contents (such as images, text, recordings or pictures) and related materials.
The Program will be commercialized and distributed by authorized traders, dealers or
agents. All rights, title and interest in and to the program (including any update or
version thereto) including all worldwide intellectual property rights therein shall
remainwith the owner as far as otherwise settled forth in this agreement.
The customer may use the program on only one machine at any one time, as far as
authorized by the owner and complies with the terms of this agreement.
If the cutsomer purchased a license that is valid to use on multiple machines, the
license is granted for the use of the program on multiple computers in a private
household ororganization as specified by the product license.
A program is considered to be in use when it resides in memory or otherwise stored
on a machine.
The owner specifies charges for the use of program only one machine. The customer
may replace the machine by another machine for an uplifted price.
The customer has to obtain a license for each machine the customer uses the program
on by enteringthe license key, unless the cutsomer purchased a license that is valid to
use on multiple machines.
The customer may copy the program for backup or merger for the use in accordance
with its purpose the program into another program (Section 69 d German Copy
Laws).
You are not allowed to use, copy, merger, rent, modify, reprogram, sublicense,
translate or transfer or download, upload or viaInternet or other networks the
program except as provided on this agreement. The transfer of the program or any
portion of thereof and the reverse compiling are not allowed except as otherwise

permitted in the country law without the possibility of contractual waiver or
sublicense. You are not allowed to rent or lease the program or to cede the use of
parts of the program without transmittingthe original copy of the program.
Any kind of use of the program or all types of License, which are not specified in the
contract or program specifications, documentation and which are unknown or not
used in the market at the date of signing the contract, will be revoked and has to
negotiated in a written agreement (section 31a German Copyright-Law).
The Program is protected by a license key.By installing, loading or using the demo
version of the program or by entering the license key into the program, the customer
agrees to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of the licence agreement without any
modification. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, promptly
delete all copies of the prgram from your mass storage devices.
The license key may only be entered ona single machine. If the customer purchased a
license that is valid to use on multiple machines, the license key may be entered on up
to the number of machines specifed by the license. These machines have to be owned
by a private household or organization.
Conditions
The owner warrants that the program my be used only in accordance to the
specifications agreed upon. The warranty period isno longer as 12 month after
delivery. The owner is not liable for all kind of business, activities or commitments of
the distributer, agents or traders.
The owner's liability and warranty does not include any hardware or Internet media
installed by the customer, offerings and services of any providers and agent in context
