Occurs is thesis whose investigative intention was to build the run-up to an epistemic Hologerencia since the significance ofpostmodernism. Framed the postmodern educational context to define an epistemic management theorizing the Venezuelan educational context in order to assume its ethics, axiológic and teleológic;foundations as well as also insert conceptual principles in the challenge of perceiving an epistemic; hologerencia subsequently theorized the Treaty from a transdisciplinary sinécticahologerencial vision. Theoretical implications were found in educational practice as well as different administrative and philological principles framed within an interdisciplinary vision. Theseimplications were presented in the light of the theories of knowledge and human sciences to be presented inside of a target context and relevant educational partner. Research was raised infive moments which are: the communicative; discursivity preface first second preface the understanding of the State of the art of a Hologerencia epistemic; third preface about epistemicprinciples hologerenciales; understanding Fourth interlude argumentative; action preface. Fifth preface the discourse on the methodical method: sixth preface of hermeneutics of interviews indepth and finally 7th preface the theoretical representation of the Hologerencia epistemic. Highlights that its design is also also analítico-crítico because inserts a transcendental mode inthe managerial epistemic epistemology.
