Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify factors that affect public speaking skills among FL beginning level- students who are enrolled fulltime at public University, their circumstances, experiences, social settings, problems in the classroom environment. However, this study should examine a number of circumstances in which beginning-level students develop the ability for make a structural public speech, similarly reviewing their individual learning needs; both of them are related to communicative competences approach. Foremost, thisstudy will concentrate on answer one tour grand question this is it How can I identify the phenomena that affect public speech in classroom environment? The program where this research will carry outis the foreign language program; which seeks to train competent professionals in the area of English language teaching. The sample of the study consists of beginning level- student’s age rangesfrom 16-25 years old. Two girls and three boys have been chosen. They are been observed in a period of 1th month more or less. Two observations will be conducted in classroom environment. Thisobservation are divided into two parts, at the beginning of academic period, the number one was on September 27th and was conducted it .On the other at the middle of academic period the last one will be conductit. These students will be chose as participants and they will answer a questionnaire and an interview all of this will be after texting week. To be precise these observations are divided into twoparts; the first will be conducted after testing week and the other at the end of the academic period. As for, the interview, it will involve a series of open-ended. Moreover, the questions will be usedto inquire about students’ opinions and experiences related to their participation in class.
