TOSTADAS OF CHEESE/CHICKEN
For the Mexican, in its most basic form is simply a crunchy corn tortilla. You can make tostadas drying tortillas in thesun for a few days; bake them, drying them on a griddle or frying. Today they are also readily available in the supermarket.
Tostadas are a typicaldish from México, and its common that in national celebrations, like the 16th of September or the 5th of May you eat tostadas. Tostadas can beprepared in many ways; in fact, you can use almost any stew or ingredient.

Ingredients
Tortillas o tostadas
Beans
Lettuce
Cheese or chicken
SauceCream
Tomatoes
Chili Serrano
Onion
Water
Salt
Garlic
Oil

Procedure
1. First, fry the tortillas with a little of oil on a frying pan.Put them in a colander to drain off the excess oil.
2. Lettuce is cut in very thin strips, and this all put it in a bowl with water anddisinfectant to soak for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain.
3. To prepare beans:
The beans are soaked then placed in the pressure cooker with alittle salt, later seasoned onions in a skillet beans are added and finally crushed with the special spoon for it
4. To prepare sauce:
*Roasttomatoes and peppers.
*Place in a blender with salt, garlic, cilantro, water and half of an avocado.
*Finally, empty into a container.
1. Take thetostada and spread the beans.
2. After, put the lettuce on top.
3. Then, put the cheese.
4. Finally, put cream and sauce to taste.
