Labor immigration documents.
The immigration service can be managed in the 32 regional offices of the National Migration Institute and their respective regional and local sub-delegations.

Formanagement, the foreigner or his representative shall use the format "Application of immigration" and must comply with the requirements indicated for each case.

All requirements must be submitted in original and copy for collation of the immigration authorities. The originals will be returned to the applicant, except for letters and documents addressed to the National Migration Institute.

Thedocuments issued abroad (with the exception of the passport or identity papers and travel) must be annotated by the government authority issuing country or legalized by the Mexican consulate in question and where appropriate, translated into Spanish by an officer.

If that is pursuing the process through an agent or legal guardian, it must demonstrate that character with a power of attorneygranted abroad, and a copy of a valid official identification containing a photograph and signature of the attorney or legal representative, as appropriate and that it accords power.

The National Immigration Institute will issue its resolutions to exercise, if any, discretion to the General Population Law, its Regulations and other applicable laws confer and shall be exercised by publicofficials of the Institute, pursuant to various agreements delegatorios into force. The submission of the application and requirements, assures the petitioner a reply within legal time limits (35 calendar days), but it will not necessarily be in the affirmative or convenient to its interests.

In exercising this discretion will be observed to mark the time estimates to the Complainant, in terms ofArticle 17-A of the Federal Administrative Procedure Act.

When submitting letters or documents addressed to the National Migration Institute, provide a valid official identification with photograph and signature of the person signing the letter, and if it is a foreigner, his / her immigration file.

Tourist

1. Official format "Application of immigration.

2. Valid passport.

3. Letterto the National Institute of Migration written in Spanish and signed by the person requesting the placement from Mexico, which indicates their complete data, those abroad, the temporality of his visit to Mexico, places to visit, and the that the applicant assumes the moral and economic responsibility from abroad during his stay in the country.

4. Valid official identification with photographand signature of the person signing the letter (if foreign, immigration document).

5. Proof of sufficient funds from abroad: hotel reservations, cars, trips, credit cards or any document certifying that as a tourist.

6. Proof of economic solvency of the person requesting the placement from Mexico:

If the applicant is a natural person shall demonstrate the financial solvency through anyof the following: proof of employment, the last three bank statements, last three pay stubs, last payment of taxes or registration with the Ministry of Finance, if your registration is recent .
