ABSTRAC


Physical education is an effective instrument of pedagogy, as helping to develop the basic
qualities of man as a bio-psycho-social. Contributesto the educational activities with its
scientific and interdisciplinary links then relying on the philosophy, psychology, biology, etc..
One of the objectives of physical education is to plan andcarry out activities that allow
students to meet their own needs for movement, after assessing the state of their physical and
motor skills, both basic and specific.
Defining physical andcalcification
The basic physical skills, also called basic physical qualities, we can define them as dispositions
or characters (possibilities, that the individual possesses characteristics) innate in theindividual
susceptible to measurement and improvement, allowing movement and postural tone.
Rating:
Within the basic physical skills and qualities we can make the following classification:
• motorskills: endurance, strength, speed and flexibility.
• perceptual-motor capabilities, coordination and balance.
• Capacity result: agility.

Resistance defined as the ability to make an effort to more or less intensity for as long as possible.
Types of resistance:
There arebasically two types of resistance:
Aerobic endurance. (The energy for muscle contraction is obtained by using oxygen).
Ex-Race 10,000 m
Anaerobic. (Without using oxygen).



Ex-Race 50 m
