FIFTY SHADES OF GRAY, DORIAN GRAY

DIDIE READS THE INTRODUCTION:
Good morning ladies and gentlemen, hope you doing well, I’m Didie from third semester.
Today we are here to delight your day with lot of fun and laugh; our performance is based on Oscar Wilde’s novel: The Picture of Dorian Gray.
However in our acting we have made some changes to the original plot, in that way our version ofthis story takes place in the year 2012. Thus we are gonna use actual English and actual gears.
So the actors are:

Julian as Dorian Gray
Ivan as Henry Wotton
Juan as Basil.
Katherine as Sibyl Vane and, the first extra.
Patricia as Christine
Saidy as Lady Monmouth
Paula as James Vane
Didie as Monmouth’s husband and Oscar Wilde.

We hope you enjoy the performance that we are gonna play.KATHERINE READS EVERY SENTENCE IN RED COLOR
Dorian was entertaining guests at his cottage. He was talking with Lord Henry, the Duchess Monmouth; they were discussing about nature and importance of beauty.

HENRY: You´re looking strangely different now.
DORIAN: It´s time to improve my sex appeal (Shitty Song)
HENRY: Yesterday I cut an orchid. It was a marvelous spotted thing, aseffective as the seven deadly sins. In a thoughtless moment I asked one of the gardeners what it was called. He told me it was a fine specimen of Robinsoniana or something dreadful of that kind. It is a sad truth, but we have lost the faculty of giving lovely names to things. Names are everything. I never quarrel with actions.
My one quarrel is with words. That is the reason I hate vulgar realism inliterature. The man who could call a spade a spade should be compelled to use one. It is the only thing he is fit for
MONMOUTH: Then what should we call you, Harry?
DORIAN: His name is Prince Paradox
MONMOUTH: I recognize him in a flash!
HENRY: I won't hear of it HAHAHAHHAHA From a label there is no escape! I refuse the title.
MONMOUTH: Royalties may not abdicate, I wish you to defend yourthrone.
HENRY: Ah! Changing to another topic, you must suit your frock to some flowers, Gladys
MONMOUTH: What a wonderful idea! Dorian could you go and take some flowers for me?
DORIAN: your wish is my command, my beautiful lady.
(Dorian leaves looking for the flowers)
Monmouth: (stands up) Oh! My dear Dorian, his lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a tenderkiss of mine. The less shown, the more I can imagine under that shallow, but meaningful skin of his. Purity is all I can see.

DORIAN: (Dorian gray faint and he sees James vane through the window of the garden)
Oh last breath- why you abandon me?

Monmouth and HENRY go out to help Dorian

IN UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES, VERY VERY UNUSUAL DORIAN IS TELEPORTED TO THE FUTURE...TO BE MORE ACCURATE:2012.........

MONMOUTH: What’s up Dorian? You ok? Oh my love, my darling, I’m sure if I had met you when I was younger, I would have left everything only for being to your side… please wake up! (Monmouth almost cry!)

Dorian wakes up

DORIAN: Where the hell am I? Take me to the room right now!
HENRY: don't worry Monmouth, I'll take him.
Monmouth: ok, help him because I can’t for the reasonthat I am going to the WC

(In the room)

HENRY: hey pal, you know I’m really worried about you. You've been looking really pale since you went to the garden. Are you high bro? Or what else happened? You know you can trust me (pervert face)
DORIAN: you know bro; you can get out of my room...
Ok, ok I was kidding. To be honest, I feel like a monster... I’m in my mid 40 but still got the look…
HENRY: Actually I realized you look like one of those shinny and lustful vampires of Twilight
DORIAN: yes you are right; I have got the skin as white as Edward Cullen.

-Next week Sunday morning
At hunt field...

Monologue James Vane about vengeance…

JAMES: Oh my beloved sister. Why did you have to do that? You were the most adorable of all the girls. Your talent as an actress was...
