Some people say that if drugs were finally made legal in our country, violence would stop once and for all. Do you agree?

Drugs are any substance that whenabsorbing into our body alters the normal body function, they can be use although for a treatment, cure ore prevention of some diseases. Drugs have been usedsince dawn of our species, they were considered to have a spiritual or religious use, but now people use them not only use them to heal but whit no control andthey became addict to this substances, and this is why in my opinion drugs should not be legalized in our country.
Some people thing that if drugs were legalviolence would stop once and for all, but this is not the best thing to stop it. Fist violence isn't only about drugs, it has to be whit many factors, there aremany other reasons related whit violence.
Second, when legalizing drugs in a country you have to take into account much factors, one of the most important is itsculture, México has a conservative culture, people hold fast to traditional ways of thinking, they believe strongly in traditional values, politics, etc.México is not a big consumer of drugs but a big seller. In this country there are groups of people that control the illegal buying and selling, and the violence isgenerated between them because they fight to have more consumers. However since México is a bridge for the passage of drugs into the USA this country willalthough be affected.
I disagree whit the legalization of drugs because violence won’t stop taking this decision but thinking in gays to maintain this people busy.
