Summary
The Martinezes are a family conformed by two sons, two daughters, one mother and one father. They were transferred from Mexico to United State by the father’s work and theyare looking for a house to rent because they want to live near there. Their only problem is that it is very difficult to find a home in a strange city and without help, this could be expensive.
Onthe first day of work, Mr. Martinez meets Mr. Harper who gives information about houses near the factory and he works there too. Mr. Harper tells him about some nice and small houses in a beautifulresidential section near his work. Mr. Harper brings him to Mr. Fisher, who is a real estate agent and maybe he could help him.
While they talk about whether there is a possibility to rent a house. Mr.Fisher says he has three homes available to him and he asks to him how many rooms he needs. Mr. Martinez tells him that he needs only three rooms and he indicates him that one is for his wife and him,one for their two sons and one for their two daughters. After hearing his request, Mr. Fisher says he has one house with these features. Mr. Martinez excitedly tells him that he wants to see it.When they get to the big house to see their features, Mrs. Martinez tells her husband that she likes the house and it has a nice sunny kitchen. One of their sons tells his father that he likes the yardand it is ideal for keeping their dog there. One of their daughters says that it has a fireplace and that they could spend a warm night there.
