I believe that Mr. Fulkner took a rightdecision to send the employee home, calling a cab to prevent the employee drive the car because he did not have full control of his senses. For me the decision was appropriate because the employee had no control at the time of his actions and was dangerous for him and other staff in the company to continue in that condition. I agree with the fact of seeking help for this employee, which ischaracterized by good performance.
2. Prepare an outline of a cost-benefit analysis that Jamie Trenton could use in presenting her EAP proposal to Skyline’s president. In particular, what categories of benefits might be quantifiable.
