• Pyramid Research interviewed over 3,600 Latin American SMBs,evenly distributed by number of employees and industry vertical. • The sample was chosen such that up to 86% of companies already had a proprietary website (to focus the study).
• 36% of businessessurveyed were classified as “medium,” and 64% were “small.”
Businesses were interviewed in Argentina, Brazil, Chile,
Colombia, and Mexico.
