“APLICACIÓN DEL PROCESO ENFERMERO A LA PRÁCTICA ASISTENCIAL EN UN CASO CLÍNICO DE SÍNDROME BRONCO OBSTRUCTIVO”

2. RESUMEN
El objetivo de la NANDA internacional, es fortalecer el desarrollo del conocimiento de enfermería. En el presente estudio, se aplicó las etapasdel proceso enfermero, a partir de la valoración utilizando los 11 Patrones funcionales de Salud de Marjory Gordon; se estableció el diagnóstico utilizando la taxonomía NANDA Internacional y la vinculación NOC y NIC que orientaron la determinación y ejecución de acciones de enfermería. El estudio fue descriptivo, prospectivo, cualitativo. La metodología se aplicó a un caso clínico en un niñode 4 años 9 meses de edad que ingreso al servicio de pediatría con Diagnóstico Médico de Síndrome Bronco Obstructivo. Se obtuvo como resultados, diagnósticos enfermeros NANDA I: Gestión ineficaz de la propia salud relacionado con el déficit de conocimientos y manifestado por el fracaso al emprender acciones para reducir los factores de riesgo (Código 00078) (Padres), Protección ineficaz relacionadacon trastornos inmunitarios y manifestados por prurito (Código 00043) (Niño), Riesgo de infección relacionado con conocimientos insuficientes para evitar la exposición a los agentes patógenos (Código 00004) (Niño), Riesgo de estreñimiento relacionado con antiinflamatorios no esteroides (Código 00015) (Niño), Riesgo de intolerancia a la actividad relacionado con problemas respiratorios (Código00094) (Niño); los NOC: Conducta de abandono de consumo del tabaco (Código 1625) (Padres) , Estado inmune (Código 702) (Niño), Control del riesgo (Código 1902) (Niño), Conocimiento: medicación (Código 1808) (Niño), Conocimiento: actividad prescrita (Código 1811) (Niño); los resultados NOC corresponden a: Ayuda para dejar de fumar (Código 4490), Protección contra las infecciones (6550),Identificación de riesgos (6610), Enseñanza: medicamentos prescritos (5616), Enseñanza: actividad/ejercicio. Finalmente según la valoración de los resultados mediante la escala de Likert, los indicadores que se encuentran aún en riesgo son: Control del riesgo (Código 1902) con un riesgo de “A veces demostrado” y Conocimiento actividad prescrita (Código 1811) con un riesgo de “Conocimiento moderado”.

SUMARY
The objective of the international NANDA, is to strengthen the development of the infirmary knowledge. Presently study, was applied the process male nurse stages, starting from the valuation using the 11 functional Patterns of Health of Marjory Gordon; the diagnosis settled downusing the taxonomía International NANDA and the linking NOC and NIC that guided the determination and execution of infirmary actions. The study was descriptive, prospective, qualitative. The methodology was applied to a clinical case in a 4 year-old boy 9 months of age that I enter to the pediatrics service with Medical Diagnosis of Obstructive Rough Syndrome.
