“EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT”


I consider that these topics can turn out to be a little controversial; this is because of what we have been going through in the lastfew years, having a better way of life economically talking about its getting tougher. Grownups have been confronting some issues while trying to get a gob. What I’ve been observing at least in Mexicois that people with or without education are struggling to get a good gob.

If you are young the problem is that you are inexperienced, and if you are old you are to experience. So they wouldrather hire younger ones in order to pay to the less experienced workers. But what about families? , What about having to support your kids? I think this is getting even harder every day.
Before,people used to get married young and have their kids at a younger age and when that was happening they where to young to get hired because of their lack of experience, and now a days people are gettingmarried older and they are having their kids even older and what companies are looking for is to pay less to those who had not that much experience .So my question is, what is going to happen? how arewe going to race a family if everything its hard even though you have a college degree and a master?

By saying this I’m not ruling out the fact that being educated and that having your completeeducation plus a master is the way to achieve more and have better job opportunities and a better way of life.
Of course while searching for more you’ll achieve more. The thing is that know with theopen education and education on line everything its easier you can graduate and get a degree easily. But even though getting education is more reachable to everyone that doesn’t mean that you get thefull knowledge as if you’ve gone to college. So in my perspective, that’s one of the the reasons why nowadays you would not make it only with a college degree.
