About the Monitor Information Disk

This disk contains information for the monitor's resolution selection and color display. To achieve the best performance of the monitor, the computer system must have the accurate information for the monitor resolution. There are two ways to convey the accurate information of your monitor and to set it up for yoursystem.

Check if your computer system (including the graphic adaptor etc.) is compatible to "Plug & Play" for VESA DDC.
If your computer system is DDC compatible, you have only to connect the monitor, and your computer will automatically import the monitor's resolution information, and will display the manufacturer and model. You can select the resolution from the Control Panel.
If yourcomputer system does not have the DDC function, you will need to install the necessary data from this disk to the Windows95/98/2000 system to be able to use the monitor under perfect condition. If you are operating a Windows NT or Macintosh system, the INF disk is not needed.
