RESUMEN
El efecto del estrés en el sistemadigestivo , en especial en el tubo digestivo ,muestra los efectos a corto y a largo plazo en las funciones gastrointestinales. Exponerse al estrés termina en alteración cerebro intestino, produciendo unaalta gama de trastornos gastrointestinales, enfermedades inflamatorias , síndrome de intestino irritable, diarreas ,estreñimiento. emociones alteradas. Lo mismo ocurre con la ansiedad, hay factoresque se predisponen para un evento de respuesta a nivel intestinal asociada a la red del sistema nervioso central y sistema nervioso enteral.
La conexión entre el cerebro y el cuerpo, se demuestra,cuando, nos exponemos a situaciones de ansiedad como ejemplo hablar en público, una discusión con su jefe .o emociones fuertes, todos muestran una reacción emocional y física. llamada estrés . y quepuede ocasionar grandes trastornos ya sea emocional o intestinal .
