Ryanair did not Supply any kind of information in the boarding gateor the Checking desk, violating this way the article 14.

There was not any Ryanair's employee or staff member informing of the delay or about OUR rights.

Due to the delay:

I had to make twoCalls with my mobile phone.
I lost a bus from Madrid to Cuenca, booked on 26th March 2012.
I had to outright a car in Madrid Barajas Aiport to get on time to my Hotel in Cuenca the 3rd April 2012REDRESS sought: Reimbursement of Expenses.
