1. First step.

The 'EP-Training (sometimes also called 'Buddy Meeting') is a meeting with your buddy where you officially will become part of an AIESEC Program. But therefore you have to prepare something:
• First thing you will haveto do is to sign the Terms and conditions, the students contract and agree to the XPPs. Therefore, please read the documents in advance (see attached documents).

* Then you will create the EP Form (in case you have fulfilled all requirements).

* EP Form: there is a template attached of how the EP form looks like. It is part of your application and helps to evaluate if you areapplicable for the relevant internship. So make sure it is complete and create it in an attractive way.
* Please fill the template in advance and bring it to the 'EP-Training'. Then you only will have to transcribe it into the online EP Form. Part of the EP Form is also an international CV, please bring it along in digital form (see attached samples).

* It is very important that you havetransferred the fee in advance. You can only create an EP Form if the money is already on our account!! (your buddy can tell you the bank account).
* You will have to pay $974.700 for GIP as a whole. Below you can see what you are paying for:

GIP internship | $890.950 |
Outgoing Preparation Seminar (OPS) | $123.000 |
