The art of bending has been around the nations for centuries. A plethora of individuals have been given this magnificent gift, and with it, they have the ability to bend theelements to help them become even stronger individuals.
There is 4 elements; Air, Earth, Water and Fire. Each individual gifted with the art of bending has the ability to control 1 element,asides the Avatar, who can control all 4 elements to help maintain control and peace between the nations. Each region in the world is home to an element.
The Fire Nation, which is home to FireBenders, is an absolute monarchy led by the Fire Lord. The Fire Nation is the second-largest nation in the Avatar World in terms of population and area, second to the Earth Kingdom. The Fire Nation'seconomy is the most powerful in the world, with a strong industrial sector and extensive technological developments. It is also known for its large, powerful military.
The Earth Kingdom is aconfederate monarchy led by the Earth King and a massive continent taking up most of the planet's eastern hemisphere. The people of the Earth Kingdom are proud and strong and adhere to a philosophy ofpeaceful coexistence and cooperation with the other nations of the world. Earth Benders use their abilities for defense and industry and have fiercely defended their cities against attacks by the FireNation.
The Water Drive is a collective term for a nation of people who practice the art of water bending. It is one of the four nations and its members, for the most part, inhabit the Polar Regions.The Air Nomads a collective term for a nation of people who practice the discipline of air bending. One of the four major nations, the Air Nomads were wanderers by definition, but had four airtemples, one at each corner of the globe, hidden away atop mountain ranges in the northern Earth Kingdom and on three remote islands.
