El ESPEJO
Adela was a homely girl. From childhood he had endured the ridicule of his peers and as a teenager, she was lonely for his ugliness.
He had never known love, nor knew offriends. Never left his mouth a lament for having a more beautiful face, but never understood the reason for the rejection that supported daily.
When emancipated, rented a small housein the country for not having to endure the stares of his neighbors. The house had a beautiful old oval mirror in the room I avoided looking to not see your face reflected in it.
Onenight while he slept, he heard whispers from the mirror.
- Who's there? Asked anxiously
Not a single reply, just a golden halo emerging from the mirror. He stood in front of him andwatched a beautiful woman, dressed in the same outfit.

For a moment he hesitated, but curiosity got the better and crossed the threshold.
Once he was on the other side, came to a dark room full of broken glass and dozens ofpeople with their faces torn and bloodied.
He stifled a groan and hit the glass with all his might.
A deep voice echoed through the room.
-Necia Did you think I said? By your absurddecision will be confined in this place forever, until you lose the trial like them. I eat pure souls wryly replied still laughing grotesquely.
