God created human being with a vegetarian style. It is a diet that has the principle of abstention of meat. There are several reasons why a person decides to switch to avegetarian diet. This vegetarian style is healthy and you can live longer, The scientists confirm that to have a vegetarian style is the best way to have a health life.
In the beginning, the Bible says,God created the human being with a specific vegetarian style. This is found in Genesis 1:29. This passage shows us the foundation of the vegetarian style. God gave to Adam and Eve to eat seeds, fruitsand cereals. Today a vegetarian diet is mainly based on the consumption of cereals, legumes, mushrooms, fruits and vegetables. It is also a very nutrition diet, digestive and lightweight, low-fat,high fiber, which provides a low number of calories, with the added benefits that this entails: improving our hope and our quality of life, helps us be in good physical shape and improve our appearance.Also, the science has found that person who follows a vegetarian diet reduces or eliminates the intake of saturated fats and increase that amount of unsaturated fats, while increasing the dietaryfiber. Therefore, cholesterol of vegetarians is much lower than those who are not, with considerable reduction, thus reducing the risk of coronary heart disease. There is also evidence that low bloodpressure by eating a vegetarian diet. By no eating meat, vegetarians are less exposed to certain carcinogens in addition to the vegetable product contain no growth hormones or antibiotics, since both areadministered to most animals raised for human consumption. Other advantages of a vegetarian lifestyle is balanced and controlled way to get healthy all the nutrients the body needs, such as proteins,fats, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.
