WHEREAS, “Party A” confirms with full corporate authority and legal responsibility, that he or she is ready, willing and able to provide genuine,USD, clean and clear and none of criminal origin, with Banking details attached hereto as Appendix A.


WHEREAS, “Party B” confirms with full corporate authority and legal responsibility, that he or she is ready, willing and able to provide Proof of Fund equivalent to One (1) Billion United States dollars (USD 1,000,000,000.00) Bank Statement via Bank to Bank verification, with Banking detailsattached hereto as Appendix A.


NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual interests and covenants, the parties hereby confirm with full personal and corporate and legal responsibility, under penalty of perjury, and unconditionally agree to the following terms and conditions stipulated hereunder:












1. SPECIFICATION

“Party A” Currency : United States Dollar (USD)– Used Notes
“Party B” : Provides Proof of fund 1 (One) Billion US Dollar
USD Year of issue : 1997 – 2011
Denomination : Used US$100 Bank Notes
Quantity : USD Thirty (30) Billion with Rollover and Extensions
Delivery Quantity : USD 500 Million per day. (As per Schedule of Delivery set out in
APPENDIX C).
Discount Rate: Net 5% to “Party B”


2. ATTESTATION

1. “Party A” is entitled to enter into the Business Joint Venture Agreement, and confirms with full corporate authority and legal responsibility, that he is ready, willing and able to use the POF of “Party B” to initiate deposit of Cash funds into “Party A” bank account in The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Hong Kong,...
