Which is the meaning of the strategy of Blue Ocean?
Based on a study of 150 strategic actions for 100 years in approximately 30industries, the authors W. Chan Kim y Réene Mauborgne, a raise an innovative vision in the business world, It’s about of win to slant of not competition. The authors conclude the existence of twotypes of strategies: that of the "red ocean" and the "blue ocean".
The first ride to the companies to compete in existing spaces of market (very explored and in which the fierce competition dyes of redhis "waters") across the differentiation or the fall of costs.
La primera lleva a las empresas a competir en espacios de mercado existentes (muy explorados y en los cuales la competencia feroztiñe de rojo sus «aguas») a través de la diferenciación o la baja de costos.
That of the blue ocean, on the other hand, leads to the companies to generating a new space of market making thecompetition irrelevant, creating and capturing new demand, aligning all the activities of the organization with the aim to try the decrease of costs simultaneously that the increase of the value of theproducts.
La del océano azul, en cambio, lleva a las empresas a generar un nuevo espacio de mercado haciendo irrelevante la competencia, creando y capturando nueva demanda, alineando todas las actividadesde la organización con el objetivo de procurar la disminución de costos a la vez que el aumento del valor de los productos.
