Resumen
Al estudiar el panteísmo de Spinoza, nos encontramos con un sistema filosófico queniega la distinción absoluta entre Dios y el universo, motivo por el cual nos llevo a hacer una investigación más profunda sobre su pensamiento filosófico, para ello se formulo el objetivo general: determinar en que consiste el panteísmo de Baruch Spinoza para que los estudiantes de derecho tengan un mejor conocimiento de este.
En el primer capitulo se dará a conocer una noción general sobrela vida, obras, método y grados de conocimiento de Baruch Spinoza. Mientras que en el segundo capitulo se explicará: la unicidad de sustancia, la filosofía panteísta de Spinoza, el panteísmo y la cuestión del ateísmo, y la religión para determinar en que consiste su panteísmo del filósofo Holandés.
En conclusión tenemos que:
Al explicar el pensamiento Spinoziano se ha podido observar unaadmiración por parte del filósofo holandés hacia el cartesianismo, esto lo llevó a querer corregir sus errores, el filósofo trato de acabar con el mecanicismo, que Descartes y otros filósofos habían creado; pero sin darse cuenta Spinoza crea una filosofía que puede tener como consecuencia inmediata el panteísmo.
El panteísmo de Spinoza consiste en que Dios es la única sustancia infinita, que estácompuesta por infinidad de atributos de los cuales el ser humano solo conoce el pensamiento y la extensión, esos atributos se explayan y adoptan infinidad de modos para poder concretarse en la realidad, por lo tanto todo lo existente son solo manifestaciones de la divinidad, emanaciones concretas propias de Dios. Pero Spinoza comete el error de pensar que todo lo existente es Dios de cierto modo,Dios es el mundo por lo tanto el hombre no necesita otra cosa que el mundo mismo todos somos Dios, y de muchas formas se puede llegar al ateísmo.

When studying the pantheism of Spinoza, we meet with a philosophical system that denies the absolute distinction between God and the universe, reason for which take usto make a deeper investigation on their philosophical thought, for it you formulates the general objective: to determine on that consists the pantheism of Baruch Spinoza so that the right students have a better knowledge of this.
In the first I surrender it will be given to know a general notion about the life, works, method and grades of knowledge of Baruch Spinoza.
