I try to solve aproblem based on the idea to buy different types of sneakers use in different sports because of the soles.
For instance, when you play futsal you needcertain type of rubber-soles; on the other hand, when you play soccer you need soccer sneakers. Also, when you run or play basketball, now a day, you buydifferent ones.
* Who is my typical target customer?
In the very beginning I’ll try to focus on athletes, after that, i´ll focus on all kind of peoplethat enjoy running, playing soccer, futsal, basketball, etc.
* What products and / or service will I provide?
I try to mix similar sports thatcould exchange soles without problem like futsal and soccer or basketball and running.
Buyer could buy soles with different models and colors.
* Whatproducts /services typically offered by competitors will I exclude?
Typically, you have to buy an specific sneaker for an specific sport. As a result, itincreases your expenses.
* Where will my business be located?
I will start with a small plant located near commercial zones like gamarra becausethere I can find all stuff required to supply production. Then, I, will try to join to sport shops or maybe ally to a big brand.
* How am I differentfrom the competition in the eyes of my customers?
The basic strategy is to create the idea of: I´m giving them the opportunity to get more, paying less.
