In this case the specific problem is about of; the frequently failures in the Perma Flo 830Pump to start or stops while operating and falls to restart, because the pump no compressed air supply, or air pressure too low, spool in air valve stuck in middle and blockage in fluid system, thisproblem generate unnecessary stop in the productive process that it have high cost of money. Add the high cost of spare parts of the pump, because PositionFaulty shuttle valve Three-way air valve oractuator damaged or sticking.
We need a device that wear-resistant coating that provides superior performance and toughness over other coatings used in wear applications

We need check the airsupply at the drop-leg drain valve. We make sure the air regulator is working correctly. Close hydraulic and pneumatic shutoff valves and relieve pressures.
After that we check the flow from eachcomponent and hose, working from the spray device to the pump as follows:
Shut off the air to the pump and relieve the hydraulic pressure. Immediately Break the connection. So Turn on the air to the pump.If the pump starts, the blockage is in the component or hose after the broken connection.Disconnect and lock out system electrical power.
Identify the reason for the malfunction and correct it beforerestarting the system.For the last rebuild air valve.
