This document is intended as an aid to diagnosing customer complaints on-site. Calterm is anexcellent tool to define and document customer complaints. We wish to develop and document tests/procedures to support in-field efforts. We have gathered from various sources the ideas on how to collect the best data to define the conditions associated with a reported symptom. With this method of Calterm test parameter method-sharing, we will obtain more detailed definition of engine conditionsassociated with the specific issues.
