ANÁLISIS DE MODELO DE PALA AEROGENERADORA
Lo primero que se debe hacer antes de empezar el análisis es realizar un modelo de la Pala en el programa Solid Works; grabarlo yguardarlo.
1.- CAMBIAMOS EL TÍTULO A PALA
En el Utility menu bar seleccione File > Change Title: PALA
Luego ir a Plot < Replot para visualizar el titulo
2. IMPORTAR LA GEOMETRIAIMPORTAMOS el modelo en formato IGES.
Menú principal File → Import → IGES
3. DEFINA EL TIPO DE ELEMENTO
Para Element Type seleccione el elemento membrana Shell y Linear Layer99
Especificamosel espesor y el ángulo usando el siguiente camino:
Main Menu > Preprocessor > Real Constants > Add/Edit/Delete
4. SELECCIONAR PROPIEDADES DEL MATERIAL
En Preprocessor seleccionarMaterial Props > Material Models
5. SELECCIONAMOS LAS UNIDADES EN LAS QUE VAMOS A ANALIZAR EL MODELO
Preprocessor → Material Props → Material Library → Select Units
Ingresar los parámetrosescalares en la tabla:
Parameters → Scalar Parameters.
6. MALLADO
ANSYS Main Menu → Preprocessor → Meshing → Size Cntrls → Manual Size → Areas → All Areas
Crear el malladoutilizando:
ANSYS Main Menu → Preprocessor → Meshing → Mesh → Areas → Free y se activa Pick All
7. CONDICIONES DE CARGAS
Para poder realizar el análisis de la pala debemos ingresar las cargassobre las areas requeridas de la siguiente manera:
Preprocessor → Loads → Define Loads → Apply → Structural → Displacement → On Areas,
se eligen las áreas a fijarse.
8. PONEMOS LA MAGINITU DE LAFUERZA
Preprocessor → Loads → Define Loads → Apply → Structural → Force / Moment → On Nodes
9. SOLUCIÓN
Solution > Solve > Current LS
Aparecerá el mensaje: Solution is done...
