“We are better without bullying” (Or come up with our own slogan)

North Star Anti-Bullying Week. (November 26th- November 30)

-All week we can sell Anti-Bullying bracelets. (Where do we getthem??)
-All week we gather goods and supplies to send to Hurricane victims. (Reward for class who brings the most stuff?)
-All week we go into one class every day to speak about Bullying. (Whatgrades? What classes, How many classes?)
-One of the days we need to have a guest speaker for an all-school assembly. (Who, When, How long?)
-Can we have each grade come up with their own thoughts oractions against bullying? Art club can make signs? Posters? Drama club could create an anti bullying skit? Maybe each class makes their own slogans about bullying and gives a small presentation aboutthem?

-We need to update the bullying prevention in theschool. Does that mean to set up a peer mentoring program? Maybe have a box where people can put their bully problems? Should we have the rules changed to make a more intense punishment for bullying atour school? Make a website?

-Anti Bullying art competition????
-Anti bullying poem competition????

Nov. 26 (Monday)- Everyonewears BLUE (The color for anti bullying) to start off the week. (Assembly?)
Nov. 27 (Tuesday)- Everyone wears pajamas? (Or anything we want)
Nov 28 (Wednesday)- Everyone wears sports relatedclothes? (Or anything we want) (Talk about Hurricane Sandy and why we want to help?)
Nov 29 (Thursday)- Each class wears a different color shirt? School wide photo?? (We could use the panorama camera onthe iPhone for this picture?
Nov 30 (Friday)- Each class presents their ideas about bullying. This last day should be a positive send off of anti bullying week and make the climate positive. This...
