El Noble – Franchise
Description of the project
An “empanada” is an Argentinean traditional product made of stuffed bread or pastry
that can be baked or fried. The name comes from the verb empanar, meaning to wrap or
coat in bread. The empanada is made by folding a dough or bread patty around the
stuffing. The stuffing usually consists of a large variety of different flavors, including
meat, cheese, and vegetables, among others. In addition to its wide variety and delicious flavors, the empanadas pocess the following
benefits:
‐ A practical solution for today's busy lifestyle;
‐ It is a perfect product for consumption by hand or "finger food" now imposed
throughout the world;
‐It is a versatile food that can be served as an appetizer or a main course;
‐ Its closed form allows to maintain the temperature of the stuffing for a long time, ensuring the same taste from the first to the last empanada baked.
Our project consists in bringing to Paris a franchise from the leader on the Argentinean
market called “El Noble”.
El Noble is a company dedicated to the production of Argentinean frozen food. They
build their leadership through their quality‐oriented vision for constant innovation and
expansion policy based on the opening of new markets for export. El Noble has a
national franchise chain dining and enterprise with over 10 years of experience in the
market, coupled with over 50 franchises across Argentina. El Noble is a leader in the
development of super‐frozen “empanadas”. A reference in this area that possess the
benefits of efficiency and quality.
