Que acompaño a éste escrito original y copia del PLIEGO DEPETI-CIONES CON AVISO DE HUELGA, POR INCUMPLI¬MIENTO AL CONTRATO COLECTIVO DETRABAJO Y A LA LEY FEDERAL DEL TRABAJO, que el Sindicato que represento, por medio de sus miembros acordó hacer llegar al C.Representante Legal y/o quien resulte responsable de la negociación “LAKELAND DE MÉXICO”, S.A. DE C.V., (DEDICADA A LA CONFECCIÓN DE UNIFORMES), para ser notificado la Matriz en Avenida México JapónNúmero 146, Colonia Ciudad Industrial, C.P. 03810, Celaya, Guanajuato y Sucursal en Planta Rancho La Soledad Fracción Poniente Lote 2, C.P. 38020, Celaya, Guanajuato.
