• MacLachlan always been a conscientious student with good grades.

• She study at the best University of Canda• She always want a job where she can realize like the best

• She want a job with significant amounts of responsibilities

• When she saw HSS´s posting for a projectmanager position she was elated

• She was already familiar with the computers system and all that stuff

• First she´s gonna work as the project manager job, but then thecompany change its offer to a customer care team lead, and she was reluctant to accept.

• MacLachlan didn’t know whats really his job.

• She realized that all the stuff she´sdoing ,can do it in her house

• She had no supervisor, he was been fired.

Problem

Natalie MacLachlan always wanted a job where she can challenge themselves andrealize the things that may or may not do. And when HSS call her she realized that this was the work had always wanted. The problem was that weeks before she start working, shereceive a call telling her that she´s not going to be in the area she was told.

Another disappointment she had, was that when she ask for his supervisor (Marcus Nardi), sherealized that he was fired days ago.
Then she began to do their work from home, cause she realized that she could do the same from home.

And she had many discussions with hischiefs cause it wasn’t that job they offer to her.
Natalie dreams with this job, but finally was like a nightmare.

Solution

If I was manager of this company and I hirepeople, from the beginning I would explain what to do, and so there would be no communication problems or not working problems.

I think that was what happened in this company.
