Sexual Transmition Diseases
According to diseases or sexually transmitted infections are a set of manifestations of infectious viruses or bacteria that are grouped and transmitted from a person to another personthrough sexual contact. This occurs in almost all cases, during sex. This includes vaginal sex, anal sex and oral sex, also it happens in cases that people use syringes that are contaminated or have contact with people’s blood, and some of they can be transmitted during pregnancy, from mother to child.

These diseases, besides being caused by bacteria or viruses, can also be transmitted by fungi and protozoa. Protozoa is a tiny organism that is found in damp places that spend most of the time under the water, and they appear to exchange genetic material.
To prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases is extremely  important to know all information about it, practicing safe sex, and the using of birth control to protect you from infection by eitherusing a condom. The most important thing is to know all the symptoms of this disease, so when you get it you can ask if necessary medical treatment.
It is also important to avoid sharing needles, as in the consumption of addictive substances or drugs.
The most effective way of preventing sexually transmitted diseases is to avoid contact of body parts or fluids that can cause it to transmita bacteria or virus.

Also, both partners should get tested for STIs before initiating sexual contact, although two people have or have not had previous sexual encounters with other people.

"Sexuallytransmitted diseases (STDs) can be transmitted without sex, that is, without intercourse. Even grandma kissing you at Christmas might pass on cold sores (a herpes virus). Chlamydia is a common STD and most people have never heard of it. Venereal diseases are often undiagnosed or hidden by symptoms that are common to other diseases. You can have an STD and never know it.
