TEACHER: Lic. Sergio Valverde COURSE: 8th of Basic Education PERIODS: 5 per week - 20 Periods for each unit

GENERAL COMPETENTE: To develop communicative competence through linguistic competence by means of speaking, listening, reading and writingwith satisfactory performance according to the students’ age and demonstrating the use of values.

LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE: - Listening to process and understand spoken messages of which the complexity increases gradually
- Reading to process and understand written messages of which the complexity increases gradually
- Speaking to produceoral messages less complex than the receptive written and aural skills.
- Writing to produce written messages less complex than the receptive written and aural skills.
