Aunque no creo que te sea de demasiado utilidad te paso algunas frases que sin duda se usan en el trato con el pasajero de un hotel:
Saludos: good....... morning. afternoon, evening seguido de Sir o Madam.
Did you have a pleasant trip? (pregunta al que llega)
Is this your first time in Argentina)
Is this your first visit?
Have a nice trip (deseo para el pasajero que se retira)
Whatcan I do for you? May I help you?
What´s your room number?
Where are you from?
Are you leaving today?
Do you need a taxi? Do you want me to get a taxi for you=?
Is this your luggage?
Preguntas tipicas que se pueden esperar de un pasajero:
Do you know of any place to buy.......
Can you get a taxi for me?
What´s the weather forecast for today?
Can you take my luggage please?Where is the restromm, where are the toilettes?
At what time do you serve breakfast?
Can you recommend a good restorant close to the hotel?
How far is the subway station?
 1 Tengo una habitación reservada en este hotel
I have room reservation in this hotel (Ai jab a rum reserveishon in dis hotel)
 2 ¿Tienen habitaciones libres?
¿Do you have any spare rooms? (Du yu jab eni esper rums) 3 ¿Cuál es la dirección y teléfono del hotel por si me piedo?
What´s the hotel´s address and telephone number in case I get lost? (Guats de hotels adres and telefoun namber in quies ai guet lost)
 4 ¿Hasta qué hora se sirve el desayuno?
Until what hour is breakfast served? (Antil güat auer is brecfest servd)
 5 ¿Me pueden traer toallas nuevas? ¿Me pueden traer unas sábanas?
Couldplease bring me new towells? (Cud yu plis bring mi niu tauels) Could you bring me some sheets? (Cud yu bring mi som shits)
 6 ¿Me pueden subir las maletas? ¿Me pueden guardar las maletas?
Could take my suitcases to my room? (Cud yu teic mai sutqueises tu mai rum) Could you store my suitcases? (Cud yu estor mai sutqueises)
 7 ¿Cuándo tengo que dejar la habiación?
When do I have to leavethe room? (Güen du ai jab tu liv de rum)
 8 ¿Me puedo apuntar a alguna excursión?
Can I sign up on any field trip? (Can ai sain ap on eni fil trip)
 9 ¿Hay Internet en la habitación? ¿Dónde puedo conectarme a Internet? ¿Tienen sala de ordenadores?
Is there Internet access in my room? (Is der Internet acses in mai rum) Where can I access the Internet? (Güer can ai acses de Internet)  Isthere a computer room? (Is der a compiuter rum)
 10 ¿Me pueden despertar mañana por la mañana?
Can you wake me up tomorrow morning? (Can yu ueic mi ap tumorrou morning)
 All stays at this hotel have a free breakfast included.
Los cuartos en este hotel vienen con un desayuno gratis.

 You can't eat or drink near the pool.
No se puede comer o beber cercas a la piscina.

Otra manera deformar la frase es "Food and drink is not permitted...".

 Kids 12 and under stay free.
Niños pueden quedar gratis si tienen menos que 12 años.

 You need a credit card for a reservation.
Ocupa tarjeta de crédito para las reservaciones.

 The reservation system is computerized.
La sistema de reservaciones esta computadoraizado.


 Add tax to all prices.
Hay que añadirimpuesto a todos los precios.

 A Large group of people is not a problem.
Un grupo grande no es una problema.

En Inglés no cambian los adjetivos cuando refieren a plurales.

 This is a No Smoking room.
Este es un cuarto de no fumar.

 Each room is equipped with a coffee maker.
Cada cuarto tiene cafetera.

La palabra hotel esta escrita igual en Inglés -- para acuerda te que enInglés se pronuncian la "h" con un sonido parecido a la "j". Escuchando el sonido incluida se oye el ejemplo de esta palabra.

 Pool hours are from 5 am to 10 pm.
Las horas de la piscina estan de las 5 hasta las 10.

Para decir - de la mañana se dice AM -- Y para decir de la tarde antes y en la noche se dice PM.

 Kids under 12 not allowed.
Niños menos de 12 años no permitidos....
