This study was to invest why the training course brings those problems.
It was requested by Bob Smith, the Personal Manager of CBA Financial Planning Company, on the date of 7th April2012.
The investigation was done by Joe Chang, who is the Chief Executive of the company, and the main findings were that the characters interviewed said that the employees would organize the course inanother way.
It was concluded that the course would not be as successful as it was thought, because the CEO did not take in account the interest of the attendance.
The recommendations brieflyare that the CEO should look around him and consult also their employees before taken any decision.

This studywas to invest the problems that have come up after the training course.
It was requested by Bob Smith, the Personal Manager of CBA Financial Planning Company, on 7th April 2012. The report talksabout the recent training course on Quality Control. The main aims of the report are to identify the causes of a number of problems with that course and recommend ways to solve them.
In the report thefindings describe why the problems take place. Following those findings, conclusions are drawn and a number of recommendations are made in order to know how problems could be solved.
