K:Oh,hello Geraldine.I’m Kamal Salinder,a client of yoursfrom SmileCo.
G:Oh, Kamul Salinder,the It manager from Smileco,aren’t you?.How can I help you?
K:Well,I was hoping you could give me some information about your training programs?
G:Alright,firstof all I would like to know the number of participants and the actual problem of the company
K:Oh yeah,absolutely,we are looking for professional mentoring for our Smileco sales department,due to theinefficiencies with the existing information gathering system.Currently this problem is leading to financial issues inside the company.Im interested in possible solutions and would like to know howyour programme will meet SmileCo’s needs.
G:As before,we are going to assign specific trainers to work along Smileco’s field and to know the staff to adapt our experience with the company’s contextbefore beginning with the training porgramme.
K:So,How long does the program will last and what will the program consist of?
G:First,the program is scheduled for two days.On first day, we willorganized a face-to-face conference with each member of the sales team,to analyze the daily workspace and chose the best methodology.On the second day,we will kick off the peer-to peer program,and willsimulate the company’s situatiation with the new system.
K:This strategy seems like a long shot but I trust in your goof track records in running projects However what will occur after the porgrammhave finished.How will you keep track on the improvement?
G:Thanks for asking,actually,we are planning to integrate a training manual for new incomers to know the system,wohout starting with zero.Alsoone of our mentors will be visiting the enterprise monthly to look into the benefits and the situations to improve in a long run.
