Introduction

In this work my colleagues and I wanted to talk about the most common problems of young people, as they can be in combat, we wanted to try to get to all of ourpartners that we are all easy prey have no self-esteem, and that because it is a lot of these problems.
The purpose of our work is to plant something in our knowledge about these problems in our fellows, and they do not make such mistakes in the following life. We want to change the lives of people around us and this work was the best way to find

How much I love me?

Self-love and self-esteem areimportant elements for anyone leading a successful life, the base is the family. Parents through love, acceptance and care that provide children show the important thing to them.
Later as it grows, the safety, value, respect and satisfaction of oneself which is defined to self-love and self-esteem, should be linked to self-knowledge. This means know what are your qualities and strengths but alsoyour defects and weaknesses.
If you don't know, it is because you not interested and probably you do not want, but if you love, you'll be willing to know you, to accept yourself and work to strengthen everything that makes you feel full, but also remove or change all that limits you.
Realize how special you are simply for being you, and you will see that you will end up by admire you. If you'refinally a person willing to face and solve your problems, not looking to imitate anyone, you're creative, outgoing, independent, friendly and loving; Surely it is that you have a self-esteem and very positive and high self-esteem. But if it is not, then make the necessary changes and taking control of your life that only in this way will have the power to achieve what you want.

For the teenagersExist the belief that sexual relations must have both to test the virility of men, such as fidelity and loyalty of the women to "show love", which is totally wrong and can lead to an unwanted pregnancy or the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

A teen who are sexually active need to know about safe practices of sex, including:
-Abstinence: the best way to avoid having an STD is not having sex with other people. Oral and anal sex are not safe vaginal sex substitutes.
-Avoid infected couples: your teen needs to not have sex with someone who hasan STD. This includes anal sex or oral-condoms: A latex condom should always be used correctly when you have sex.
-Limit sexual partners: If the adolescent is sexually active, must have a sexual partner lowers the risk-screening tests: have tests for STDs regularly is important for your sexually active teen. He may have an STD and not know it. If you’re teen is pregnant, should be evaluated forSTDs to prevent the spread to your baby not yet born.
-Vaccine: A vaccine is a medicine that helps if immune system to fight diseases.
