We can say that from the beginning of the humanity, we replaced the basic needs, we create rudimentary tolos of hunting and fishing that allowed us to survive, we were nomadic, we took refuge in caverns; but only the a fact of having created primitive technology based on the stone and wood was evolving due to the fact that new needs were arising; up to the point that there wasalready an exploitation of the land, vestment more sophisticated, and definitely the dwelling also had evolved just as we were creating and using new tools. At the social level we evolved from clans that were governed by norms or rules exercised by the strongest to the constitution of the family. On the other hand the environment was suffering changes due to the minor exploitation to major scaletransforming the natural mean in an environment increasingly artificial. Concerning the technological evolution the different generations were learning the technologies and their techniques, improving them and solving our daily problems; also there were many territorial fights in which the man had great influence as be creative, innovative and investigative.

All these changes have given origin to "A civilization " that seeks to solve problems; improving and creating road links or communication channels that allowed a more significant development. this influenced notably the different economies and in the norms that controlled the commerce, the animal domestication and clean food production. The different technological advances in the evolution of the humanity have taken as elements ofmotivation the satisfaction of the needs, The utilization of the resources of the natural mean and the observations of it phenomena.

If in others times the representations of the human being and the universe, required to know and to live, were produced by instances like the magic, the religion or the common knowledge, today it is science the one that assures, as no other source, the perspectivefor the construction of those representations. The current science and the technology centrally mold to the human being and the society: they are nuclear protagonists of the development of the life forms that we know. We only have to observe to ours around to verify that we are submerged in a world of appliances and devices.

When we speak about technology, we almost always asocciate it as a termof current importance, we think that it makes relation to which we are witnesses every day, the computer, the Internet, the cellphone, video games, and new devices that help us in our daily tasks either work or personal. With the use of the new technology it speeds up and perfects the work and the flow or volume of information increases. The quality of what we realize is top and of major scope, itsaves time since they offer us numerous options in the way of working and realizing the different labors in all the areas and aspects of our life. These new changes bring with himself a new series of needs and rolls; as As much of professionals as the nonprofessional ones see themselves in the necessity to study or refine their knowledge to be able to compete with the new tendencies and those ofthe future. We see ourselves in the obligation to venture into the world of the new technology and to know the functioning or operation of enormous amount of equipments and specially the use and handling of the computer. We need to develop a series of special skills that will help us to get into our diary life.

The new technology also plays a paper of vital importance in the process ofglobalization of the world, since by means of the use of this one we break the barriers of the time and the space.
