INTRODUCCIÓN
El Liderazgo es aquella habilidad que posee una persona con la que tiende a influirsobre las demás y alinearlos hacia un mismo fin, motivándolos y comprometiéndolos hacia la acción y haciéndolos responsables por su desempeño.
Toda organización tiene necesidad de contar con líderes. Unlíder es más que un jefe o un gerente.
Las 21 leyes no son una receta de cocina la cual se deberá seguir al pie de la letra, porque si no, no habrá éxito; si estas leyes llegan a ser comprendidas yaplicadas por el lector, seguramente esa persona llegara a ser un buen líder.
Las leyes son fáciles de aprender y aplicar; son independientes pero al mismo tiempo complementarias y a mi criterio todasellas traen consigo ventajas y desventajas, si se aplican correctamente, la gente les seguirá, pero si una es pasada por alto, será muy difícil poder liderar.
ABSTRACT
Leadership is a skill that has aperson that tends to influence and align others towards the same goal, motivating and engaging them into action and making them accountable for their performance.
Every organization needs to haveleaders. A leader is more than a boss or a manager.
The 21 laws are not a recipe that should be followed to the letter, because otherwise there will be no success; if these laws come to be understood andapplied by the reader, surely that person will become a good leader.
The laws are easy to learn and apply; they are independent but complementary at the same time and in my opinion, they all bringadvantages and disadvantages, if applied correctly, people will follow, but if one it is ignored, it will be very difficult to lead.
