In this era exist a lot of treated between countries, and with this the world is becoming more globalized, it clear that today the world is divided by zones and this aspect a lot of times affects or favors the countries, its obvious that some countries have more power than others, for example all we know that Germany its a potent, and in each zone existcountries like this, some people think that the events that happen in a certain area only affects that area and that isn’t true, that event affects in most all of the countries of the world.

In this era exist a lot of treated between countries, and with this the world is becoming more globalized, it clear that today the world is divided by zones and this aspect a lot of times affects or favors thecountries, its obvious that some countries have more power than others, for example all we know that Germany its a potent, and in each zone exist countries like this, some people think that the events that happen in a certain area only affects that area and that isn’t true, that event affects in most all of the countries of the world.

I going to talk in this writing about the EMEA (Europe,Middle East, Africa) some countries are, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Portugal, Libya, South Africa, Qatar, etc. and we are going to see how can affect Mexico the different events that happens in this area, a lot of people think that all things that happens in this area only affects this area but it is not true we have to see that in this world everything that happen in any country affect to all theworld it is incredible and we have to learn how to live with that. Sometimes the people don’t care about the news that occurred in other countries but they don't even know that it going to affect directly to his life. .

Mexico could be a country with a higher level of development than does have now, but this is not like that, because Mexico is not taking advantage of all treaties that they have,Mexico have treated with another countries, but I would say that the only treated that Mexico use are the TLCAN and this is wrong because Mexico have the TLCUEM (free trade agreement between Mexico and the European Union) this treated could be the great help to the Mexican economy if they will use it well because most of the European countries are developed. If Mexico learns to use the othertreaties that have, and not just focus on one, maybe Mexico could grow and develop more than it does now.

It is important to know that all things that happened in the world affects all the world but sometimes it is in the indirect way and that is what happened with Mexico all we know that Mexico depends of United States and all things that happened in the United States whether good or bad butaffects here. And that it what happened here with the crisis that Greece is suffering affects directly to the United States and in consequence it affects to us.

“Commerce between Mexico and Europe represents only four to five percent of Mexican exports.”[1]

It’s incredible that with the geographic localization that we have we still trading only with the United States we are in the center ofAmerica and we are between the two most important oceans of the world, we can connect almost all of the continents with those oceans so we have to take advantages of them, it is true that stay under the United States it's an advantages two because it is the most important country in the world but that it is our problem because we use the United States for all our trades, so we make a dependence to thiscountry.

When I read this news I really get surprised I can't believe it that the Mexican people doesn't take advantage of the TLCUEM there are many countries in the European Union who can make some business so how it can be possible that Mexico only made the 4 percent of his GDP with 25 countries of the European Union.
