Part 1
In every type of process exist problems. Anexample could be the oil refineries, that exist the risk that if something goes wrong the refinery can explode; all this would cause a great damage for the people who dies or gets injured aswell as for the environment wich seems affected by a great oil spill.
Part 2
I selected the process of making chocolates.
First of all they select the best cacao seeds that they can have.The next step is to take them under the sun so that the cacao seeds turn into cacao beans, after this they send them to the fabrics. In the fabric the cacao beans are carefully analyzedto avoid any kind of error in the selection of the cacao beans, after the analyze is complete they take the cacao beans to a process where they’re combined with milk so that a paste canbe formed. Later on after all this is done the paste is mixed with sugar or stuff like that so that they can have a sweet taste. Then the chocolate is taken into batches where it gets coldand hard. All this is a continuous flow process.
The specifics of the products are that it has to be sweet, and the other ones depend on how the markets or store want the chocolate tobe.
The product is aimed to candy shops, so these shops are the one who put in the specifications of the product.
It would be quite similar except for the fact that if you move thefactory the climate conditions won’t help us to keep the chocolate cold enough so that it can maintain its form, so we would have to use more powerful coolers. The process would also be affectedin the sense that people don’t work the same everywhere, people change and the salary also changes. The same would happen if we move the process to another location rather than Chihuahua.
