ENSAYO ACERCA DEL NEOLIBERALISMO EN COLOMBIA
“Un Problema Social en Suma de la Realidad Colombiana”

Se tiene comoprincipio que todo proceso económico, político y social debe ser estudiado desde un contexto como el de la situación internacional. Lo anterior especialmente enfocado a países cuyo desarrollo es y seguirá siendo condicionado por dicha situación, como lo es el caso de los latinoamericanos. Es por todo esto que la adopción del modelo neoliberal en Colombia debe analizarse teniendo en cuenta lascondiciones internacionales, regionales y nacionales específicas.

En Latinoamérica luego de la crisis económica vivida durante la década de 1980 y al despuntar la siguiente década los regímenes de cada región sucumbieron a las “bondades” del modelo neoliberal.
