SUB PLANS FOR JANUARY 2nd,3rd and 4th.

1ST. hour Language Arts & Reading 6th grade: Students should be making a mystery comic strip. They already have rubric andinstructions to do so.

2nd. Hour Social Studies: Students will be working on Mesopotamia project they already began in December. Students should come prepared toclass to work on that project so do not let them out to go and get anything. On Thursday 01-03-08 take students to the computer lab 1 to search about their project.3rd,4th and 5th: Planning time


6th. Hour Social Studies: Students should be working on Time-line project. TELL THEM THAT THE LAST DAY THEY HAVE TO WORK ONTIME-LINE IS JANUARY 7TH. Since it is due on TUESDAY 8th.

7th. Hour Language Arts & Reading 8th grade: Students should work on attached packet all three days. Pleasekeep it everyday and give it back the following day. Students should be paired Spanish native speaking kid with English native speaking one to help each other.NOTES:
-Attached you’ll find fire drill folder and list of students to take out with you in case of one.
-Take attendance during second hour. Find instructions todo so attached.
-During second hour students are allowed to have snack for the first 10 minutes of the class.
-Please ask students to leave classroom and tablesclean and organized before they leave.
-Please do not let students mess with my belongings.
-Bathroom breaks for eight graders are restricted. They should not be letout unless it is an emergency.
-Lunch and bus duty on Thursday and Friday during 6th grade lunch (11:33 to 12:06).
