Ensayo Reflectivo
Soccer is one of the sports more viewed and played worldwide. It is also considered the most beautiful sports of all for its distinctive large green field. In Puerto Ricosoccer is not that famous like in any other country of the world. Soccer is basically new, since now we see kids interest in such sport. I personally began liking since I was little thanks to mycousins, but it was not until I was in 5th grade that I joined a team. It was more an academy rather than a team because we were taught on how to play from the very basics of the sport.
At first I didnot knew much other than kicking the ball. I saw other teammates that knew already how to do tricks and passes I could not do, that made me felt frustrated as if I am that far to becoming aprofessional player. As much as I tried to do the trick I would not landed it, many times I thought of quitting just for that. But then I knew the hard way that practice makes perfect and came the time when Ilanded all of those tricks and all of those passes, even new ones I learned from videos online. In that academy I became the best player, scored the most goals and played all of the games. It was timeto go to another level; I joined my city’s team, Bayamon FC.
It was a whole new experience, new players, new trainers, and new field. I was very nervous to see just how good the players were, on thefirst day they gave a try out for the first team. I truly thought I had played well on that try-out, I scored three goals and yet I did not get chosen for some reason. That day I knew once again howfar I was to becoming a professional soccer player. The frustration came back again and the whole process too. I did not make the first team that day, and I truly felt like my dream was gettingfarther away from me. On the second day, try –outs for the second team were on, and I participated, it was challenging too but I managed to get a position on that team, and felt satisfied, but the memory...
