RESUMEN |
En el presente ensayo se plasma un estudio de investigación crítica y propositiva a la seguridad física de las instalaciones de la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía, con exposición de algunos eventos en los que se ha visto afectada la Institución en variasdependencias, lo cual nos ha permitido realizar una observación detallada a la seguridad y sus componentes en la ECSAN, para ver el grado de vulnerabilidad existente y fijar algunos razonamientos que permitan establecer medidas tendientes a minimizar los riesgos en aras a la preservación de la vida e integridad personal de los funcionarios y visitantes que frecuentan las dependencias por cualquiermotivo. |
ABSTRACT |
In the present trial, a research plasma critical and proactive to the physical safety of the facilities of the Police Cadet School, with an explanation of some events in which the institution has been affected in various departments, which has enabled a detailed observation of safety and its components in the ECSAN to see the vulnerability exists and fix some argumentsthat establish measures to minimize the risks for the sake of preservation of life and personal integrity of officials and visitors who frequent the premises for any reason. |

En la actualidad, los grupos al margen de la ley pretenden debilitar militar yestratégicamente a todos los organismos del Estado, incluyendo la Policía Nacional, mediante acciones que generen inseguridad en la comunidad.
